McGuinness "There's an awful lot of screening going on in the attacking third, which I think somebody is going to get hurt from"
Maybe he's talking about a different type of screening because Donegal's forward play uses it a lot - Langan screens Foley for COD goal, subtly makes him run around him and lose COD x.com/SportTG4/statu…

@officialgaa slowly going to kill off club membership numbers with the use of ticket master! Every game, clubs get a limited allocation of tickets, so you either take a chance on your club getting enough tickets or you go through TM. @officialdonegal #GAA #PrelimQFs
English

@SmallerFishGAA You spent last year complaining about the same thing and asked for 3 or 4 to be held back to counteract it. They are now held back it’s man on man now, press out and chase the ball. Risk and reward, is that not what you and many others wanted?
English

@CahairOKane1 Never going to work at Club level when a ref turns up on his own. Tyrone Armagh had a 2pointer given as 1. Donegal Dublin, took fans roaring for them to notice 3 weren’t up. I think breaks that normally would result in goal chances are breaking down due to looking for 2pts.
English

@SmallerFishGAA County’s all over the country already struggling to get Referees at club level, goodluck getting ref’s who are able to keep up with all the proposed rules changes! And all the same people saying everything needs to change will be giving out about ref’s when they miss something!
English

@HayMaker2007 @OwenieMcGarvey @RoryLarmer @CahairOKane1 That would result in an open draw as the "where possible" wouldn't apply there. Armagh and Derry played in the group stages. Anyway, there are quarters to win first 👊
English

@PaddyMcGill1985 @OwenieMcGarvey @RoryLarmer @CahairOKane1 If Donegal, Armagh & Derry were all to win would that mean, Donegal would only be able to get the winners of Dublin v Galway?
English

@OwenieMcGarvey @RoryLarmer @CahairOKane1 But if Donegal and Armagh win their quarters, they would be kept apart in the semi-finals, which is silly, in my opinion 🤔.

English

@SmallerFishGAA And you were glad to see Laois beat last week so they wouldn’t get thumped by Dublin. You’re a real purist when it suits.
English

This is why people from Ulster seem to like games of handball with 15 men camped around the D, concession of kickouts, shots consistently being turned down and recycled.
Once it's competitive they've learned to accept anything.
Anyway change is coming and negative coaches McGuinness will be out of business

@Toby__Don @SmallerFishGAA You can see the yellow stripe on the jersey going up to the FF’s shoulder. If you do that anywhere else on the pitch and it’s a free, so it’s a Penalty.
English

@HayMaker2007 @SmallerFishGAA BS - it was a hometown decision for Leitrim from a ref up the road.
English

@Panthero84 If you look at the yellow stripe on his jersey, it’s up by his shoulder when they’re going up. Giving the ref a decision to make if he see’s it. Can argue it’s harsh, but looks like a pull to me.
English

@HayMaker2007 Looks like he has his hand on his shoulder, I don’t see a pull or drag at any stage, if you were giving frees for that the game would be constantly stopped. But respect your opinion 👍
English

@cianrpmurphy @AnGhaeltacht @GaeilFhanadaClg @inishturkisland @ValleymountGAA That’s @KILLYBEGSGAA not Fanad.
First time I’ve seen the Valleymount pitch, unreal!
English

It is a very high bar, but are there more contenders for the title of most scenic #GAA pitch in Ireland than these 4 (clockwise) @GaeilFhanadaClg Donegal, @inishturkisland Mayo, @AnGhaeltacht Kerry and @ValleymountGAA Wicklow...?
