DISRESPECT THE RANDLE
You can’t care about the ”Randle cycle” theory if the goal is more BONE MASS 🦴
The more muscle you have the more fat & sugar you can tolerate at the same time without getting fat. And oxidation efficacy I believe the body actually can handle fat & carbs more efficiently than most Randle bros think, esp when getting loads of sunlight and natural movement in + being euphoric / in PSNS state.
I can’t but think this way cause when I’m not cutting I’m drinking 2-4 liters of whole fat (4-6%) milk A DAY !!! And not getting fat (I track with a body fat% scale every day & look in the mirror😜)! building muscle & maintaining fat%. This is also key for bone density, growth, height, facial dimorphism etc.
The more muscle, the harder it is for you to reach the limit of the ”Randle”
THIS: ”The Randle Cycle YouTube, proposed in 1963 by Philip Randle, describes the metabolic competition between fatty acids and glucose for oxidation in muscle and heart tissues. It demonstrates that high fat availability increases fatty acid oxidation, which in turn inhibits glucose oxidation, leading to increased glucose levels and reduced glucose uptake” — NOT TRUE in people with elite metabolic health (me) individuals with high muscle mass!!
Just try it out when you’re at 8% body fat and you’ll know what I mean. That’s at least if you not only want muscle growth but also BONE GROWTH.
Only pussies & feminine men who don’t want real growth and a truly masculine appearance; are afraid of dietary fat.
