@porterairlines hey, we cannot check in online because the website is insisting on passports when we have Nexus. You absolutely are NOT required to bring your passport, Nexus cards are sufficient and we’ve done it for years. Beyond frustrating.

Travel nightmare with @porterairlines. Flying NS - Yukon (via Ottawa/Vancouver), they removed my bag due to weight issues and didn’t tell me until Vancouver. All excursions missed. $lost 5 days later: still no luggage. Trip ruined. @CBCGoPublic @AirPassRightsCA — can you help

@HelpHubs_CS Thank you. There’s really not much investigating that can be done. The flight is leaving in 5mins, 3hrs after schedule, on a clear day. The crew just announced they were headed to Miami, but jumped on this route. Not seeking discussion now; just disappointed & lesson learned.

Too funny. I made a misguided decision to pick @porterairlines to Cancun—strictly based on price. They’ve had us sitting here punting forward with intermittent delays & now just notified of 3hrs delay. People gripe about Air Canada, but I’ve never had a late flight with them.

Thanks to @porterairlines my husband and I will not be together on Valentine’s Day for the first time in 36 years/since we met. Porter kept delaying his direct Ottawa-Orlando flight today then cancelled it and put him on a connecting flight tmrw arriving in Orlando midnight.
