@LordHbo @vmaughan3 @J_Schwanee The first reading was at least 4% off and the second reading was 8% off. I'm not jumping to anything. I've seen enough to show me it's not worth tracking, even for free. I doubt it will suddenly be 1% off my third try.

@vmaughan3 @HormoneForge @J_Schwanee Same experience Vince. He’s literally only done it twice and jumping to conclusions it doesn’t work when a number of factors could cause a one time misread. I wouldn’t be surprised if the goofball was wearing socks

@vmaughan3 @J_Schwanee If you know the InBody is off by a consistent amount it would be a great tool. I'm hoping to find some correlation between them myself. Right now InBody just seems random. lol

@HormoneForge @J_Schwanee I use inbody at my gym to track progress. What I have found (for me) is whatever number inbody is I add 4%. That is verified by multiple dexa scans. Inbody had me at 6.3% recently and deca had me at 10.1

@LordHbo @J_Schwanee I've done the InBody twice and DEXA once. I don't think i should bother with the InBody ever again. InBody Scans: Jan 26th: 17.9% May 5th: 11.5% DEXA Scans: May 9th: 19.7%

@glendamos It was interesting. I had some nerve stuff going on. Tingling and false pain in my legs. Splitting the dose up helped a lot.

@HormoneForge Starting at 2mg must have been rough for those first couple of weeks

Started Reta in April at 2mg. Added 2mg every four weeks. Have been at 6mg for a while. I think it's all about the body getting used to things. RHR went up 5-7 BPM for two months. Now back down below 60 BPM. Oh yeah and I dropped 25 lbs along the way. Very happy with Reta.

Bros on X shilling peptides like they’re the cheat code to the matrix. “Bro just pin Reta, you’ll be shredded, vascular and fucking immortal” Me after 3 months on Reta: resting heart rate went from a chill 58 to hitting 90+ on 8mg. Thanks for the optimized heart kings. Next you’ll tell me the tachycardia is just fat burning mode because my glucagon receptors are activated.

I've decided to use sterile water on a case by case basis. 10mg BPC-157? It's going to get stabbed like 40 times over a few weeks. Definitely using BAC water. 10mg Tesamorelin? going to get stabbed 5x in a week, then thrown away. It's getting sterile water. BAC is too expensive at this point and often not really needed. There is a time and place for everything.

@irvinnofficial My HRV just started recovering this past week. I seem to be pretty stable at this dose. Doing 3mg 2x per week. 6mg total. Split dosing helped a lot.

@HormoneForge Yes, cardio 3x a week in the am and weight training 4x a week. my HRV did go down but only slightly, though, it was already on a downtrend. I’m basing everything on 30 day timeline

@HormoneForge It's crazy how different people respond to it. I have been cruising at 1.5 mg and still losing 1.5 lbs/week. I'm terrified of even 4 mg. Heart rate has gone down though, so that's good, I think.

Being fat is a choice in 2026. GLPs are the no effort needed option. Even TRT works great with very little effort. Add in just 2 days of moderate weight training with a GLP or TRT and 90 days later they will be unrecognisable. Add in more training days and the results are exponential. The accessibility to no/low effort weight loss easier than ever. 10 minutes with an Amazon chat bot and you can have oral GLP1 delivered same day.

The body positivity movement is dead. Get lean or get made fun of you have zero excuse now. Glps have made it so you litteraly dont have to move a muscle and can still drop massive amounts of weight. If this makes you upset then it sounds like you've got work to do.

@irvinnofficial Very interesting. Seems to be a huge variation from person to person. Do you do cardio? I don't do any dedicated cardio, but I do sauna 30 mins 5x per week and my pulse gets up to 170 bpm. My guess is people with trained hearts don't see the same RHR spike other do.

@J_Schwanee Check the dates. The InBody scan was days before the DEXA. I was trying to point out how meaningless anything but a DEXA scan is. Find a place to get them regularly.

@HoosierKid31 Spent probably $2500 on peptides, trt, supplements and $1000 on blood work last year. This year I'm looking at spending $500 on stuff and $3,000 on testing. Total spend about the same. Outcomes comply different.

Honest question: How much money have you spent on TRT, peptides, supplements, GLP-1s, bloodwork and health optimization over the last year? Now how much of your data have you actually tracked? Most people spend thousands optimizing and zero time measuring. Data changes everything. I GOT YOU!! Track everything from weight and sleep to blood glucose, energy, training performance, dosing protocols, and more—all in one place. @J_Schwanee @a7las1984 It's amazing how the thyroid dictates how the rest of the body feels. I think Thyroid hormone therapy was 100x more impactful than TRT. Although I wouldn't want to give up either.

125mcg levothyroxine and 10mcg liothyronine. I have blood work soon so I’m super curious to see how all these peptides have affected my TSH T3 T4. I’ve been too scared to drop thyroid meds because it took about a year to get shit dialed in with my dosage and different meds. Flare ups had me incredibly fatigued and sleepy all the time. Don’t wanna go back to that.
