@anymanfitness Oh man I’d tear that up but I dunno that it looks healthy. Looks like it’s gonna give me mud butt though with all the grease.

@micheal_ws18 I’ve always just gone from station to station. I’ll let my heart rate taper down a bit here and there but it’s usually non stop. Just what I’ve always done and is hard for me to change. I’m usually in there over an hour.

Would you rest longer if it meant building more muscle? A study found that resting around 3 minutes between sets may lead to significantly more muscle growth compared to resting 1 minute or less. Do you usually. - Rest under 1 minute - Rest 1–2 minutes - Rest 3+ minutes What’s your typical rest time between sets?

@J_Schwanee @fitcapdefi I’m in the same boat. From everything I can find on it, it’s pure redundancy. So technically I think you can but you won’t gain any results. I just don’t want to toss my CJC lol. I’m cheap

@fitcapdefi So I’m on HGH. Just started. I have some CJC/Ipa leftover. Would it even do anything if I took one at night and one in the AM? My thought is no because the HGH is pure and the cjc/ipa is just working off the pituitary. Just trying not to waste shit because I got excited bout HGH

Here’s what actually works long-term IMO. • Sustainable calorie deficit (500-1000/day) with high protein • 8k-10k steps daily + strength training 3x/week • Track your weight, food, and habits consistently. Don’t get over confident and stop this. • Sleep 7-8 hrs and manage stress • Make it a lifestyle, not a temporary diet It’s not sexy, but consistency beats perfection. Small daily actions compound. It’s going to take 12-24 months of consistent behavior before this is your new lifestyle. I’m on this journey and would love real talk from maintainers. What helped you most? Drop your tips 👇

@JamesMac_Fit I have a 6 and 12 year old. I just tell me daughter no more screen time. Shes the younger of the two and can tend to get sucked in which I don’t mind on a lazy day here or there. My son has never been a screen kid. He’s always outside getting into shit like boys should be.

Dads... I need your advice. As a young dad myself, I’m genuinely worried about my son growing up addicted to screens, phones, games, etc. It feels like EVERYTHING is designed to grab their attention these days. So I want to ask: - How do you actually manage screen time in your house? - What’s worked for you? - What’s failed? Would appreciate real answers from people who’ve been there 🤝

@drmikehart I’ve worked hard to get off all BP meds and have all labs look amazing. Last thing I wanna do is screw that up. I think it depends on mindset going into peps. Less sides but still helps get the job done.

I'm mid 30s and 1 year ago my total T was 243 and free T was 4.3. I started TRT on 6/13/2025 and later added Proviron, low dose HGH and a short cycle of Anavar. Nothing remotely crazy but certainly in the realm of PEDs. My health has improved significantly, I wrote a post about it a while back. But beyond that, I am now a significantly better Husband, father, friend, etc. I have become slightly more disagreeable at work, but my performance has improved significantly. Finished #1 of over 30 sales leaders at my organization and recently secured a 30% pay raise and promotion. I will take every advantage I can get in this world.

PEDs aren’t just for bodybuilders and professional athletes. @enhanced_games is planning to showcase the performance enhancement value of these compounds in an Olympic style setting. But it won’t be long before the tide turns and it’s realized that PEDs aren’t just for bodybuilders and professional athletes. They’re useful and can be used safely by responsible adults who want to perform better in their own life. With very few exceptions, anabolic compounds weren’t developed for bodybuilding, or weightlifting, or sprinting, or any sport at all. Testosterone, nandrolone, oxandrolone, stanozolol, the whole AAS catalog, were synthesized for medical reasons. Muscle wasting, burn recovery, osteoporosis, hypogonadism, anemia, post-surgical recovery in frail patients, legitimate medical needs. Dianabol and Oral Turinabol are the famous outliers and were developed to give Cold War athletes a competitive edge, but that’s a short list. The rest of the catalog was found and their worth as performance enhancing compounds by athletes later, and the culture decided that’s where they all belonged. The gatekeeping around PEDs is pedantic and short sighted. These are performance enhancing compounds, and performance is not the exclusive property of someone standing on a stage in posing trunks or running a 100m heat. A 45 year old man who wants to recover from his workouts, sleep better, and still feel like himself at 70 is also a performer. So is the woman who was put on hormonal birth control and an SSRI in her twenties without real informed consent, whose HPOA is now trashed, who’s drifting into early menopause with her libido in the gutter and no energy left for herself or her family. She also shouldn’t be cut off from testosterone, supplemental estrogen, progesterone, or anything else that helps her feel, look, and perform like herself again. The data is out there and the anecdote is extensive. Used in a reasonable manner, after doing extensive homework or consulting with someone who actually knows what they’re doing, these compounds can be used safely by almost anyone who wants a real edge in their own life.
