Wow, a Nazi engaging in blood libel against a Jew. Imagine that.

@azhillhermit @chadfelixg Je, jews are nationality, not a race. With respect to this incident, a distinction without a difference.

This is just objectively wrong @chadfelixg. The original version of the tweet, which is still accessible if you click on previous versions, was not redacted and contained his full name and university. You are just wrong as a pure matter of fact. You should delete this and correct yourself. Unless I am wrong. In which case I will correct myself. This is the original version of the tweet. Still accessible. I took the screenshot myself. He was doxxed. Pure and simple. Do you admit the mistake? Or do you just move the goal posts now?

@chadfelixg What biggotry? He said he want to work for a jew? He didnt call you names. He didnt insult you. Thats his prerogative as a potential employee. You went out and are attempting to destroy his life, his parents lives, and some unlucky dude with the same name! Thats dispicable!

I recently found out that I share the same first and last name with a 19 year old student at Cornell who is going viral (over ten million views across twitter and other platforms) for anti-Semitic comments that he made (and continues to make) to a prospective-employer. My social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and law firm email address are being blown up by people understandably angry at this other Austin Franco. None of the posts cross any legal lines, but unfortunately there have been comments and emails talking about me, my firm, my parents, etc. To make matters worse, the undergraduate looks just enough like me to be confusing, and the NY Post, Fox News, and other publications, have written about it with his image as the article cover. The bad Austin Franco is continuing to make these statements to media and on social media, so we wanted to go on the record disassociating me and the law firm from him. I am hoping this post will alleviate some confusion for the general public. I appreciate all the people who have reached out!

I don't care if someone dislikes me for being a Jew. I just want them to be terrified of the professional and social consequences for engaging in overt Jew-hate in public.

@latenight_law That’s actually not true, Aaron. Check the edit history of the tweet. I didn’t realize it at first either. The first tweet contained his full name, and it’s still accessible now.
