@ImOn_Comm my parents recently got an updated imon tv installation and the tech moved equipment in such a way that both their pc and tv use a wifi connection now. We recently discovered that when the tv imon box is on, it kills the pc wifi connection. How can this be fixed?

I spent hours yesterday putting in good soil and seed from where Imon installed lines. Today Imon came back and put hay and bad seed all over the nicely restored areas. They will not answer text messages and have yet to answer the ticket I opened. @ImOn_Comm

@TeriMicek Hi Teri - when we restore areas affected by construction, we lay down black dirt, grass seed, and cover it with straw to help keep the soil most and to prevent the seeds from being blown/washed away. We know it's not ideal visually, but in the long term, it helps with regrowth!

@SmoakBloak Hi Chandler - we are building our fiber Internet network in Cedar Rapids, which often involves digging in the utility easements. This applies to everyone in the the area where we are building our network; not just those who sign up for service.
