I have no clue who George Gervin is or was in regard to basketball. 🏀 I’m not the biggest NBA fan but I’ve never even heard of him before all of this “Iceman” nonsense.
Not sure why the uproar in regards to Caleb Williams attempting to make a business decision that it sounds like Gervin should have attempted before.
Williams, his family and his business team owe nothing to Gervin.
Go get your paper if you can!

Didn’t cost the game for Iowa by any means, just an observation that it’s hard to fathom why/how refs miss so many obvious calls. That one was egregious.

It is illegal to buy or sell human organs for profit in the US and most countries. Any financial transaction involving organs for transplantation is a federal crime under the National Organ Transplant Act of 1984.

@drterrysimpson Anyone who says organ donation affects medical decision making is lying. We’ve had the unfortunate experience to deal with such issues and all details had to be discussed with us and decided by us first.

If you are an organ donor no familial consent is required for them to harvest you.
Transplant coordinators have been shown to make decisions that ignore evidence of brain activity.
There is a famous case in Texas where a father barricaded a hospital door shut and swat got involved to bust the door in and arrest him over it

Hell of a run for Iowa. A team nobody thought would make it this far in year one under Ben McCollum. Not enough rebounding and the supporting cast that has been terrific this tournament didn’t have the same caliber of game.
A+ first season for Ben.

When Apollo 11 spoke the process was reversed.
That conversion is a reason for the delay.
