@david_parker They are doing this, instead of fixing the food bank situation, where luxury Benzes and Audis are parking upfront, raiding the goods, and leaving as rich migrants have figured out the free grocery hack. Also, I heard Food Banks give the best food at the loading bay to friends...

I still can't get over the fact that the Canadian government is not ashamed by the fact that they are giving people money for groceries. In any normal country, this would be an abject admission of total failure.

Let me educate you guys more on the beauty standards in most east asian countries. For both men and women, this is usually the "ideal" look. A small face (particularly sharp v shape), small tall nose, and big eyes. Men usually have softer features compared to the west, and the pretty boy look is popular and desired. For women, similar thing applies. A small face is widely sought after because it brings out facial features more.

Shift Up CEO Kim Hyung-tae has explained the thinking behind Evie, the new main character in Stellar Blade: Blood Rain. He said she was made shorter and younger-looking on purpose to create a bigger contrast with her cool attitude and fierce close-range fighting style. He also said the team took player feedback from the first Stellar Blade seriously. While Eve had her own personality, some players felt she wasn’t very memorable, so the developers wanted Evie to have a stronger and more distinct character. Combat is getting big changes too, with more focus on close-range action and new weapons. One new addition is a reverse-blade sword, giving players more ways to fight and making combat feel more dynamic. According to Kim, these changes are part of the team’s effort to improve on the original game and make Stellar Blade: Blood Rain something fans can be excited about.

While people are arguing over Stellar Blade: Blood Rain, I'm just enjoying some K-pop with gorgeous Asian women (who are real females by the way) dancing with kick a$$ soundtracks. It's perfectly normal to like and enjoy beauty. And there are many beautiful humans in this world.

@Pirat_Nation Here's the thing. How is this going to work? Is Ciri going to go to a male brothel? Or is she going bang females in the whore house? I'm confused at to what they will actually do. I've got to replay Witcher 3 again anyway, so by the time I get to 4, it will be a few years.

Romances in The Witcher 4 will be deep, meaningful, and super compelling, says CD Projekt RED. CD Projekt RED has confirmed that romance will return in The Witcher 4, but the studio wants it to be much more than just optional love interests. Game director Sebastian Kalemba said romance is an important part of how the studio tells stories and that they want relationships to be “super compelling and very meaningful.” Executive producer Małgorzata Mitręga also said romance is an important part of life and storytelling, so they don’t want to add it just for the sake of having romance options. What this could mean: - More developed relationships instead of short romances. - Choices that could have emotional consequences, similar to some of the best storylines in The Witcher 3. - More focus on Ciri’s personal life - More complex relationships, possibly inspired by how Ciri is portrayed in the books. Based on CD Projekt RED’s previous games, it looks like the studio wants romances to feel like a natural part of the story rather than separate side content.

@Mangalawyer Full disclosure, I used to own the Xbox 360, One, and the Series X on which I played the sh*t of games like Tomb Raider, Yakuza, and Witcher 3. But since Microsoft decided to screw all my favourite franchises, I got rid of all of them, and cancelled GamePass for my PC. F em.

@Mangalawyer Gears of War died with the original trilogy. I played the crap out of 1-3 on my 360 back in the day. I tried Gears 4 on Xbox One and just could not get through even 4 hours of it, it was dog sh*t and the narrative was absurd and insulting.

Upcoming sci-fi game Exodus is inspired by Mass Effect, focusing on story, companions, and player choices. It also adds some new ideas. One of its biggest features is time dilation. While you may spend only a few days on a mission, years or even decades can pass for people back home, changing the world around you. The game also includes intelligent animals, including a talking elephant that works as a shopkeeper. Actor Matthew McConaughey plays C.C. Orlev, a mysterious traveler who helps guide the main character.

@BoltTheWord You nailed it. The fact that grifters have infested gaming culture online, and then out themselves so easily, is telling. They then accuse each other of being grifters and spend time arguing who's less of one. I mean wtf are we even doing. It's time we gamers took back our space!

Tomboy - A tomboy is a girl or woman who exhibits characteristics, behaviors, and interests traditionally associated with boys Lara Croft, Tifa Lockhart, Claire Redfield, and Makoto Niijima are all definitionally tomboys, and we real gamers have loved them for ages.

@jondelarroz @SheguchiKazuya Ultra based. And no sane man wants to play as this tomboy or whatever it is. What a way to derail Stellar Blade.

To me, it's also an even more bizarre take because Asmongold has interacted relatively closely with asian content creators like Kaise, who has a similar facial structure, who is in her late 20's.

Asmongold makes a L take on the whole situation with Evie and Stellar Blade: Blood Rain, saying that it looks too young. Even as a fan of Asmongold, I disagree with his take, where he misidentifies a clearly adult asian woman as a child. This isn't the first time he has said something that's "anti-adjacent", such as calling loli or youth content weird, or that he dislikes lalafels because he thinks it normalizes sexualizing children. As I said before, when looking at a fully clothed character and thinking that it's "sexual" in nature is in itself weird. It's the common logical leap that many in the 'anti' community make, where the separation between fiction and reality isn't well developed. He has had a pretty consistent take on anti-loli content overall, where young or even youthful characters draw his scrutiny. There is an ocean of difference between harmless stylized fiction, even if it's sexual in nature, versus actual, malicious intent involving real child victims. If loli or any adjacent content was indeed a gateway towards sexually abusing minors and children, then countries like Japan, where it is the origin of that content, should be one of the most dangerous countries in the world for kids. Instead, it is one of the safest. When looking at the data and real-world metrics, the 'gateway' hypothesis falls flat. Multiple studies that tried to find a link failed to find it. For example, a 2019 Prostasia concept note and a 2012 Danish report showed no link between anime content and real abuse. This means that in people of normal sensibilities, there is a clear distinction between fantasy and reality. They said in the report to conclude, “It’s gratifying that we now have documentation that as far as we are aware there is no connection between animated child pornography and actual crimes, meaning there is no need to further criminalise this area,” ... “As long as it cannot be proven that these drawings encourage damaging behaviour then I think we ought to protect freedom of speech and artistic expression.” On the counterpoint, the countries that ban this kind of fictional content observe no change in overall child SA rates. The data doesn't care about someone's discomfort, and finding something weird, and extrapolating a "take" doesn't make it a fact.

There is nothing political here. Extreme feminists exist on all sides of the isle. They like nice guys for money & expensive dates, but they want a rough bad boy chad for hardcore sex. Everything you being told like act nice to them, treat them well, spend $$$ is total BS.

Stop swallowing extreme feminism. "Toxic masculinity" - this doesn't even exist. Men acting like men, is perfectly normal! "Sexualization of women" - Total BS. Women sexualize men in seconds, categorizing men into "wanna f*ck" / "friend zone" category. So why can't men do it?
