Calling all Employers, managers, HR, L&D, EDI leads, and workplace champions! We are holding practical, employer focused training sessions which builds confidence to support neurodivergent colleagues through better communication, adjustments and inclusive workplace design.

I'm passionate about continuous learning and love taking on new challenges. At the moment I am developing and delivering training sessions on neurodiversity, working with data and reports and managing events.

My inspiration comes from my younger brother, Saransh, who was born with Down's Syndrome. He has shaped my purpose and driven me to build a career in disability inclusion. My dissertation explored disability inclusion in the workplace and I feel privileged to make a real impact.
