@FirstIpswich Why was the 7:12am bus 75 service from Cornwall Road this morning so late? Day 2 of college commute and my daughter has had to drive as she would miss the SB2 shuttle from Cattle Market. Public transport is supposed to be the green, economic option - so unreliable!

@EmilyOldham19 @FirstIpswich I have emailed our MP this morning. Official complaints go unanswered. The unreliability is beyond forgivable now. Had to go and collect my teenager from Ipswich last night after the 6.45 and 7.15 both failed to run, with the next scheduled service being 8.15! Not good!

@FirstIpswich No 77 yet again? 7:23 from Languard to Ipswich. Please raise this an official complaint. I will also be emailing the CEO directly about the appalling service

@FirstIpswich Email sent to our local MP to see if they can get any answers from you! Complaining online gets no response and we get the same "sorry for this" from your X responses. Sorry doesn't change anything! Real change is needed on the 75 & 77 routes to make them reliable!

@FirstIpswich no 75 or 77 services between 6.35pm and 7.30pm today from Ipswich Old Cattlemarket Station. Teenage daughter left waiting in the dark and cold by herself. I ended up driving in to collect her. This is really not acceptable anymore, 2nd night in a row there's issues!

@EmilyOldham19 @FirstIpswich My kid managed to board a 75 service at 7.46am. So the 7.32 was running 14 minutes late, and the 77 due at 7.42 hadn't arrived. I always tell her to wait at the bus stop til 7.50 at which point I need to drive her in. Such am awful service since September on this route!

@JARM82 @FirstIpswich That's disgraceful. How can you justify cutting out both of these key buses. Also means the next one will be very slow and packed full. Guess I'm in for another bollocking from work...

@FirstIpswich Please tell me that the 77 is running this morning. 7:23 from Languard to ipswich. Loads of people waiting in the rain, no sign of the bus and no updates...

@FirstIpswich I am excited to see ifnyou can make it a perfect 2/2 this week for running the 7.32 and 7.42 75 and 77 services from Felixstowe to Ipswich (Exeter rd) After the horrifc service over the last few months it will be a bloody miracle! Here's hoping!

@FirstIpswich Another Tuesday, another will it/won't it roulette on the bus! Any known issues this morning? 75 and 77 (7.32 and 7.42) Felixstowe to Ipswich both going to run? Or am I going to be driving my daughter to college yet again???

@FirstIpswich The 7.32 did in fact run, despite not showing on the app. Had to rely on a friend who boards at an earlier stop to text and let us know!

@FirstIpswich Nothing operated! My kid stood at the bus stop from 7.25 to 7.55 with nothing!!! 7.32 and 7.42 both no shows!

@FirstIpswich And the 77 hasn't arrived either. Now having to drive my daughter to college to make sure she gets there in time. So much for using public transport to ease congestion on the roads!

@FirstIpswich So yet another week where you are unable to provide the services required to get people into Ipswich for 9am. Honestly, this is the 4th year my children have been using this service for college and the last 3 months are the worst it has ever been.

@FirstIpswich 7.32 from Exeter Road, service 75 hasn't arrived and isn't showing on the app. 7.42 from Exeter Road, service 77 not showing on app either....
