💢Banded Feels ▪️Back Hip Banded- Feel the back hip pulled into its coil or “corner of back hip.” Hold the corner as long as possible. ▪️Front Shoulder Banded- Resist against the band pulling the front shoulder out. 💢Farm Board Slide Outs Using the @thefarmsystem Farm Board to focus on a couple things: ▪️Feeling a stretch from the back hip as we slide out to launch. Loading into the back corner of the hip, not through the quad. ▪️Holding the front side better. If the front hip is overactive, you’ll often see the front foot spin out as well. The Farm Board makes this more apparent to the hitter. 🎯Both these ideas work together. If we get into and stretch from the back hip, it helps in holding the front side as well.
