Today’s report recognizes the real changes we are making to stabilize our city finances. They described our transparency and actions as a “governance improvement compared to recent history” and “actions in the past few weeks under a new mayor demonstrate a commitment to finally taking the first steps on a long road to fiscal recovery.”  Accountability and leadership - that is what we promised for Jersey City and that is what we are delivering.

@signulll @WestsideLAGuy its truly not unique at all, have been in real estate development my whole life. the unique part is neumann programming the building but how he's programmed it is nothing new.

@WestsideLAGuy i haven’t seen this done well anywhere else as an actual community. usually the amenities exist but they’re like just use it model instead of an event calendar for example.

what adam neumann is doing now is such an obviously good idea. most of american life unless scheduled is super isolationist so you rarely get those spontaneous interactions with ppl.. this sorta flips that around right at the point of where ppl spend majority of their lives. anyway, it’s super duper interesting to see the wework model applied to residential.
