I’ve been out of work since my stroke last year. I’ve worked so hard to get to where I am now, through fear, anxiety and lots of pain. Tomorrow I start my journey back into working by volunteering with adults with brain injuries. Slow and steady wins the fucking race, baby ❤️‍🩹

Trying to plan my walk tomorrow when I have a parcel due 11am-2pm, chiropractor at 3pm and another parcel 5pm-8pm means I'll have to go out early or late and I know I'll have no motivation at either of those times 💀
