Quick buyer beware-we added @VivintHome security when we bought our home a 3 years ago. “Cancel anytime-no penalty” he said. Just sold our house and found out they put us on a 5yr contract. Make sure to double check the fine print folks.

@VivintHome hey customers - be careful when accepting Vivint deals, especially those that will reduce your monthly service fee. Did upgrades but they REFUSE to honor their commitment to lower monthly fees. Be careful. Don’t trust them. Spoke to 8 customer service reps - did zero

Yes, I have @VivintHome but only bc I can’t afford to replace it and I do not recommend them at all. You are better off creating a system from Apple Home products. If you must have a monthly system go with @ADT!!

Unfortunately had to stop our @VivintHome security installation because they tried to force me to open a credit card through their partners and that wasn’t happening. I feel mislead by a scam. Not cool.

I am not sure whats been going on with @VivintHome within in the last year but I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and this year I am fed up! It’s a constant issue with my cameras not showing on my app or hub like every other month. I’m ready to cancel! Customer service sucks!

Who else has had problems with @VivintHome ? Atrocious customer service! My office building was destroyed by a tornado, equipment destroyed and my contract is up. I called to cancel in July. Still fighting to get it cancelled 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️

@Jnell_dash @VivintHome @vivinthome is terrible. I had their service for 5 years and it was good during the service. But, I went through the cancellation process last September. Since then, they have continued to bill, will not respond in writing and every time I call, I get “disconnected”. Crooks
