Just a quick shout out to Ewan, Carly and Ben @VW_Cardiff who provided me with excellent customer service today. It was a very refreshing experience of customer care that I thought had all but disappeared.

And that's a wrap as 30 years of NHS career draws to a close. This is a brief summary of some of the highlights of my last year in the ViH centre.

@JasonLintern Hi Jason, I am sorry you were unhappy with the response. We are unable to discuss this with the flight delay team but you can raise this with an ADR/3rd party advice if you feel its wrong. Thanks ^Chelsea

@TUIUK thank you for replying to my 30 hr delay saying no compensation due as my flight was delayed because of bad weather. I expected this response but it’s inaccurate, as this was not my flight. Mine was Crete to Cardiff and weather was ok, delay was due to no contingency plan.

Fantastic development, potential to eliminate unnecessary transports and reduce issues for those with severe conditions. Looking forward to seeing the outcomes! #innovation #QI

In 2019 I shared a happy/sad time when Eve my youngest left us to study law at City of Lon uni.Last year I tweeted her success there. Today, I watched her receive a 1st class hons masters degree in Law at Cambridge Uni. Proud and very grateful for the support she has had😀
