Don't worry guys. According to Poly, the government has received declarations for half of all the banned guns out there.
Program is a resounding success. Oh and anyone who doesn't agree with this is just the evil gun lobby.
Of course, 38,000 participants accounts for only ~1.5% of all PAL holders, and likely less than 5% of all the actual NPF's out there, but don't worry about any of those silly 'facts' or anything, Poly says they got 'half' of them. Must be true.
