The EPA just exempted all 199 U.S. coal plants from mercury emission limits. Stated goal: save coal from cheaper energy sources. Actual result per EPA's own data: 0% change in electricity prices. What will change: mercury in Great Lakes fish. Full report: buff.ly/zqvLeux

Yes! The Lorax is good, we all know it, if you’re making counter-Lorax green arguments you’re overthinking.

@MikeGrunwald @KennyTorrella @nytimes Well put! A lot of these “you’re not responsible” pieces conveniently ignore that when individuals take positive personal action, it often leads to political / cultural change. Do-Nothing Doomer mindsets will never demand the changes our species need to survive.

@jessemermell Though I will grant you, the halftime performance was not nearly as painful to watch as our #Patriots in the third quarter.

@jessemermell I had never heard Bad Bunny, but I really wanted to like his performance. I did not. Also simple.

Did I understand what Bad Bunny was saying? Nope. Did I still really enjoy the performance? Absolutely. See how simple that is?
