@ajz6383 @AjRockatansky What is your evidence? How do other animals prosper eating limited variety or sometimes only from a single source?

@AjRockatansky Your digestive system i guarantee you is not tops. Eating just eggs and steak(2 foods) means your gut bacteria(microbiota) and microbiome isn't very diverse, which can lead to several unfavorable outcomes. You may feel fine but you can cause irreversible damage long term.

Fruits and vegetables contain damaging amounts of glycoalkaloids, cyanogenic glycosides, lectins, oxalates, and in many cases glyphosate and other insecticides. I know this because I used to eat the fool things. I am perfectly healthy without them. I was a wreck when I did eat them. My entire digestive system had problems from intake to exit.
Fish_and_Stock_Market 📈@ajz6383

@AjRockatansky "Other damaging things" but you chose to blame the two healthy things(fruits and vegetables) rich in antioxidants, polyphenols and flavonoids? Are you carnivores just born disingenuous or did your diets make you this way?

I think this might explain why the two planes on the runway look like they hit eachother. Landing got the c130 low enough for attack, maybe it crash landed into the other plane ?

Absolute disaster for the Pentagon. Press TV reveals US forces were ambushed in Isfahan. They fled so fast they abandoned their gear, forcing American fighter jets to bomb their own aircraft to prevent capture. The Trump administration is in chaos.

Had the most amazing day at The Masters today! One of the most special sporting events for so many reasons. I want to thank everyone who came up and said hi. I enjoyed all the conversations and meeting you all! It can be easy to focus on the negative at times but the kind comments and meaningful conversations with people I’ve connected with online makes me so happy!

@DesireeAmerica4 Life expectancy at birth is 79. Life expectancy at 62 is 83 or 86, depending on whether you're male or female. That means more than half the population will live beyond 82.

The biggest gamble of your life? Social Security. The system tells you to wait. Take it at 62: $1,800/mo. Wait till 70: $3,000/mo. Sounds like a no-brainer, right? Run the math. To actually profit from waiting, you have to live past 82. The average US life expectancy? 79. With the garbage in our food and the stress we carry today, making it to 82 is a massive bet. Are you taking the money at 62 and running, or holding out for the bigger check?

@Eggmann1a @NobodymrRobert @baker_girlie Pre-drilling prevents the rafter from splitting. If you're shooting for perfection, that's the way to go. If you're just looking for speed, there are other ways to do it.

@NobodymrRobert @baker_girlie Drilled then nailed? Why not just use a step drill and lag or deck screw at that point? Be a damn sight stronger and take about the same time.

These guys are pathetic. Joe Kent, my producer cannot find your number. He’s contacted you several times via the Internet. I’d like to interview you on radio about several things.  You don’t get to tell me where and how to conduct an interview.  We don’t have your number. So I’ll take your obfuscations as a no.

@TheLaurenChen I once rented a cottage with my Dad, his gf, & her daughter. She was probably 350 lbs. I noticed she ate very little. We all went out one day w/o the daughter & while we were out, she ate an entire pound of hamburger & most of the buns we were supposed to have for dinner.

At one point in college, I had an obese roommate. After a few weeks, she complained about how lucky I was to be thin, since I ate more than her. The thing is, however, that I absolutely did not eat more than her, in terms of calories or just amount of food. She put ranch on everything. 600 calorie drinks. Endless snacking. Maybe my plate was more full than hers at dinner, but it was obvious tp everyone but her that she was consuming more throughout the day. I'm sorry, but after multiple instances of this happening with other overweight people, I just don't trust when someone heavy insists they're in caloric deficit. Maybe some people lose weight faster than others. For sure. But it's simple science that if calories out exceed calories in, you WILL lose weight.
Hockey Farmer🥶🏴‍☠️🇹🇹@grfarmgoat

@anymanfitness I ate 1200 for 44 days straight. Measured and weighed everything. I gained weight. I wish was I kidding.

@EqFundDotcom @HustleBitch_ I'm in Canada, so we don't have the same stores as you. The stuff I buy on a regular basis is cheaper at Costco. My diet is pretty limited because I don't eat junk food or most processed food, but I'm a conscientious shopper, and it's the best place for most of the stuff I buy.

I used to think the same. But while shopping for 4 sons as a single alone full time Father, it soon became clear that its one of the more expensive Grocery stores. If looking at full price, Costco is great. But if you work the sales, stores like Fred Meyer are 15% less. Costco has better value on steak but not cheaper when taking advantage of sales. Somethings are a better deal. Like Guacamole, frozen berries and a few others. But if items aren't on sale at Costco, which are very few, no way. Do the math per Oz and you will see. The packaging is different so you it takes a little memory or writing it down.

🚨 COSTCO CEO JUST ATE HIS OWN PRODUCT ON CAMERA — THEN SAID SOMETHING NOBODY EXPECTED Costco’s CEO Ron Vachris just sat down and did the “CEO eats his own product” test… and went straight for the $1.50 hot dog combo. Then he says it: the price isn’t changing. No increase. No timeline. No “we’ll revisit.” In 2026… while food prices keep climbing… this one thing is locked in place. First the McDonald’s CEO goes viral eating his own $12 "product." Now the Costco CEO eats a $1.50 hot dog. Same move… completely different message. Which one actually feels more real to you?

@DailyCA_MCQs @HustleBitch_ You think they're losing money at $18/doz for a weiner and a bun. Their food cost on this item is probably $3-4/dozen.

Costco keeping the $1.50 hot dog + soda combo sacred since 1985 is legendary loss-leader strategy. Drives foot traffic, renewals, and loyalty like nothing else. Vachris eating it on camera and doubling down feels authentic. McD's $12 vibe just can't compete on value perception. Respect.

@HustleBitch_ People should really analyze the price per unit when buying at Costco. Most things not on sale are not that great of a deal when compared to items on sale at other stores. That said, their loss leaders are great deals.

@micah68wellness @HustleBitch_ $1.50/hotdog is $18/doz. Do you think their cost on weiners and buns is anything close to $18? They're still making money even at $1.50.

The President of the United States got on Truth Social to referee a conservative media feud. Mark Levin called Megyn Kelly emotionally unhinged, petulant, and toxic on X. Kelly’s response was so unhinged Trump stepped in personally, reminding America of his nickname “The Great One.” “Mark Levin is a truly great American patriot… They are not MAGA. I am.” Emily Austin’s verdict: Kelly used to be one of the most respected names in conservative media. Delete the app, Megyn. @megynkelly
