Super simple thing but you don't need to upgrade your plan to add a team member
Collaborator accounts are free and do the same thing
Go to Settings > Users in Shopify > Copy the collaborator code > Send to your hire the myshopify.com domain + that code
They make a free Shopify Partner account
Put in the info and request access
You click approve
Done.
Same permissions as a staff account with zero extra monthly cost and it’s saving you time on onboarding to your store.

Launch 4 products at once with ripped ads. Copy the entire fucking tiktok shop into chatgpt and tell it to make the copy to paste into your pdp template. Then launch. One of those 4 will hit. THEN you go custom. THEN you spend time on quality.
Lets say out of the 4 products, they’ve all spent $50 - and one of them has a $14 CPA and another has $50 CPA
Assuming the AOV is the exact same, its pretty obvious when you just look at it like this that the first product is the winner
The reason it was so easy to see that was because I explained it you with MONEY. People understand money because you want it and don’t want to lose it. So start calculating the metrics by looking at each step of the funnel.
- Cost Per Unique Outbound Click
- Cost Per Add To Cart
- Cost Per Initiate Checkout
- Cost Per Purchase
Then if you see there’s potential in the step before it, optimize and give it another day - otherwise just cut it.
For example, cost per outbound click is suuuper good but add to cart is shit. Like >$1.50 CPC but Add To Cart is like $25.
Then just work on making those people click add to cart for cheaper. Boom. Scale.
Once you have something working, go back to those 4 metrics and optimize add to cart, checkout, and purchase until they are well enough for you to be profitable then put all focus on beating those current ads with new winners
And since it didn’t take you a whole week to launch it and you used ripped ads, you can just analyze the top spenders to pull your foundation for research & angles then iterate from there
Now assuming you have the resources (skill, time, capital, etc.) to go custom I do actually think its better tbh
Say you hit a winner within 3 days, like $150 total you can make it back in the first day and then not worry about someone else who also saw it on kalodata

Everyone searches 100k+ revenue products on Kalodata
I searched 1-10k with DECLINING revenue for a brief stint (then my 1-1 guys maxed them out) and here’s basically the setup we ran

Creator count: 200+
You'll see products doing 800+ units sold
Charts going DOWN and nobody picking them; and that’s the exact point
