@KScopic instead of instant effects, like just turning a reverb on, let things build in, automation clips can be curved to control the amount of any effect, or create movement and a sense of anticipation for the drop/energetic moment of your track

Pro tip: Don’t clip your converters unless you’re re-tracking out of them for “that sound” (this is an analog process). Alternatively, try using a soft clipper (with oversampling!) for a similar effect ✂️
