As long as you poo them out at the edge of the field. Stones are full of minerals and if you eat enough of them they do fill your stomach meaning you won't get hunger pangs. They can smart a little on the way out, but some people enjoy that.

Here's a tip that shoe shops don't want you to know: If the shoes on display aren't the right size for your feet, don't just immediately buy them anyway. Most shoe shops will have different sizes of the same shoes in a nearby storage section 👍
