This week is another @CollegeGameDay on-site at a noon ET kickoff. That means a split show w/ sets inside and outside the stadium.
Our ESPN ops/production/security teams pull this off seamlessly. They do an amazing job - make it look easy when it's anything but that.

So here’s the inspiration for this poll
On a flight from MSP-CYYC over the weekend, almost every first/comfort shade was open in cruise but every econ shade was closed. Not sure if there’s a lesson in there or not.

@CaptBob_Nomadic I had taken off on the parallel runway in a 172 when I heard towered cleared this Nomadic for takeoff
Y’all climbed out and turned in front & above us. I asked my CFI about any issue with approaching it’s wake and she said “we’ll find out soon”
And yes, we got tossed around 😆

Saw one of our @CaptBob_Nomadic planes last time I was in KROW. One time I picked up our freight in the evening at KROW and I wasn’t exactly sure where the truck was going to meet me, so I was taxiing around the ramp a little, trying to recall where to go. The Tower controller saw me essentially doing donuts on the ramp and gave me a progressive taxi to where the truck would meet me. Mr Tower controller, if you’re here, I appreciate you. But I didn’t appreciate that one time you heard me in a Skylane and asked if I got demoted. That hurt.

@MikeSwaja KSDL is great but the spotting is limited but Volanti is a great spot to hang out.
If you want A-10s/C-130s go south to Tucson and Davis-Monthan and catch them while you still can!

@MikeSwaja Post up at the north end of the base and enjoy the show! Tons of F35s and F16s.
KIWA on the opposite side of town usually has some Navy/Marines activity too (plus a great airport bar)

@ArizonaDOT FYI, at 3:35pm the sign about 2-3 miles east of Exit 17 on I-10 East still reads “crash, all lanes blocked, use alternate route”

CLOSED: I-10 EB is closed at milepost 69 before Tonopah. The closure is due to a crash. There is no estimated reopening time.
