Here is some of what the documents show: - The records include psychological reconstruction, health history, internal reports, emails, and memos. - The release aims to dispel conspiracy theories and highlight Bureau of Prisons' failures. - Reports indicate Epstein displayed signs of distress before his suicide, such as covering his ears and a malfunctioning toilet. - Records show he had trouble sleeping, was agitated, and expressed difficulty adjusting to prison life. - Epstein was under psychological observation after a previous suicide attempt but denied being suicidal. - Emails revealed a prosecutor's frustration with a lack of information from the Bureau of Prisons after Epstein's death. - Epstein had tried to contact Larry Nassar, the convicted U.S. gymnastics team doctor. - A memo from a unit manager said Epstein told a jail employee that he was calling his mother the night before his death.
