@greateranglia tried to get off the 17. 39 arrival at ESM from LST, doors didn't open, train left, now off at Newport waiting about half an hour for a train back - it's cold out

@greateranglia No the button didn't light up, I think some got off further up the train, driver didn't realise - surely CCTV should be checked? Obviously a guard would have helped...

@greateranglia the access to the footbridge to Millers Wharf from Bishop's Stortford Station car park is a designated parking space. When used there is very limited access, certainly not for anyone with a buggy or wheelchair, ay chance you can hatch this space off?
