@ceo_uidai Sir/Madam, What don't You instruct the Central and State governments to Update the records of their employees as per the Adhaar especially in case of name as You people accept the name with expanded surname only because many people don't have in their documents SSC.

@ceo_uidai Sir/madam, when the bank officials have asked me Aadhaar as a proof of identity my wife submitted and they changed her details especially her name as per the Aadhaar.Is there rule to change details of the account holders as per the Aadhaar.

@narendramodi Namaste ji,Have you ever seen a woman having her maiden and husband's surname in any identity card like Aadhaar.My wife' s Aadhaar card has both the surnames.Her update request has been rejected even after the production of marriage certificate.

@UIDAIHyderabad Respected Sirs, Aadhaar is the Proof of Identity. Then what is the Proof of Citizenship?When a woman goes to the ASK with a to update her surname as per her marriage Certificate,she doesn't receive message from the UIDAI that the request has been received.Why?

@ceo_uidai A married was issued Aadhaar with the surname of her husband alongwith the her maiden Surname.How to retain her maiden surname in the Aadhaar and what documents required?

@UIDAI @ceo_uidai The so called mistake at the initial enrolment was done by the personnel appointed by you.Today after 40 years of marriage people who are than more 60 years of age getting registered their marriages and preparing for obtaining the gazette notifications.

To update name, the Aadhaar number holder has to visit the authorised Aadhaar centre (locate here:- bhuvan.nrsc.gov.in/aadhaar/) with a valid POI document in his/her name. Please see the list of acceptable documents here:-uidai.gov.in/images/commdoc… Note: Name in Aadhaar can be updated only twice.

@ceo_uidai when I submitted my Aadhaar to The BLO who cerfied my application for the issue of Voter ID has entered the my name as it is in my AADHAAR .Now my Voter ID has become useless for the correction of my surname in the Aadhaar.

When we visit for the update of Name ,the officials deny that the updation/correction /change of name is not done here or they demand the POI which the Aadhaar card holder doesn't have.why?

@ceo_uidai Sir,I passed SSC in the year 1979,and the certificates issued in those daywere without the candidate's photograph. Now When I go to Aadhaar seva kendra for updation of minor spelling mistake in my surname there they say it is not acceptable for not having the photo.
