I’ve been cut off the online and phone customer service line 3 times so far today. 3 hours wasted and now back to number 54 in the queue! Sort it out!!!

I feel screwed by @tsohost . Been with them for 5 years+ and last hosting renewal (last month) was a legacy product that's no longer available. I'll have to pay them to move my old sites to the new product. :(
