@tsohost I opened a support ticket TSR-616-18729 two weeks ago re. Domain connection. I've had no reply and still unable to make website accessible.

@tsohost I’ve raised 3 support tickets as you have cancelled my level 2 service which means for the past 6 weeks my website as been down and is causing issues.
I have had no response on this.
Please help as I paid for this annual service at the start of the year.
