Steam 스토어에서 캡슐 이미지는 클릭률(CTR)에 큰 영향을 주는 요소 중 하나입니다. 유저는 보통 스토어 목록에서 캡슐 이미지를 보고 게임을 클릭할지 말지 몇 초 안에 판단하게 됩니다. 클릭률이 낮을 때는 다음과 같은 점을 먼저 점검해 볼 수 있습니다. 작은 크기에서도 타이틀 로고가 읽히는가 Steam 기본 배경색(청회색 계열)과 충분한 대비가 있는가 장르나 분위기를 한눈에 파악할 수 있는가 식별 가능한 캐릭터나 핵심 요소가 있는가 텍스트가 너무 많지 않은가 또 한 가지 자주 보이는 실수는 데모(체험판) 캡슐 이미지가 누락되어 있는 경우입니다. 체험판 캡슐은 제품 버전에서 자동으로 상속되지 않는 경우도 있으므로, 라이브러리에 추가했을 때 정상적으로 표시되는지 한 번 확인해 두시는 것을 권장합니다.
