Hi everyone. Please read my statement below about taking prominent @KingstonLibDems activist and Councillor - John Sweeney to Court for defamation Sadly I’m left with no other option than taking him to the High Court. Cllr Sweeney has been served and accepted receipt of the High Court papers.

I’m thrilled to hear the wonderful Alan Bates has been recognised by the King for his tireless work on behalf of Sub Postmasters/mistresses. Perhaps @EdwardJDavey will now hand back his knighthood!

Can’t believe I got cut off by the Chair from answering a residents question last night!! Why won’t the LibDems take responsibility? They knew abt the tender prices end of January and all LD Cllrs were briefed on 20 Feb. This info was withheld from the public until 8 March. Why?

The Borough needs real liberals. Not the sham Tory-lite mob of lazy incompetents we currently suffer.

Quite why @KingstonLibDems & @RBKConservative are rewarding themselves for a 4.99% council tax rise I don't know. We spent longer debating the pay rise than anything else tonight. Sad state of affairs.

Kingston Council have just recommended a pay rise of 4.04% for Cllrs, but backdated to April 2022... this means that 29 ex-Cllrs will receive a one-off lump sum, as well as all sitting Councillors. Voted thru by Lib Dems and Tories...
