Messed up my lower back. Most likely from not stretching after my runs. Totally paying for it now. Just did a series of hamstring and back stretches. Need to do this daily. I feel like an old lady. 👵

@NancyH_60 I took marriage and family class, and I’ve been married for 36 years lol. Also took a class called interpersonal relations, we shared stories and emotions. Probably should’ve taken typing instead

High school classes that Gen X took that no longer exist. I really think they should bring these classes back. We also had a class called Daily Living that taught real-world skills. Too many young adults today don’t know how to do basic things to get by in the world. What classes do you think they should bring back into classrooms today that would help young adults?
