@hfredguy Why is this the music video I see so often to represent „white boys used to make good music in the 2000s“, there are a plethora of better examples

@Lad1esman2I7___ @hfredguy Nu metal was literally a product of the mainstream media, goofy. It was on MTV all the damn time.

@hfredguy The mainstream media worked hard to make things like Nu Metal disappear from the map of relevance They're not going to let a two-decade plan disappear.

Obama is one of the worst Presidents in American history, not quite as bad as Bush or Trump. But he destroyed our faith in democracy by offering amnesty for elite lawlessness. And when you look under every social crisis - opioids, gambling, big tech - it's often an Obama legacy.
Matthew Yglesias@mattyglesias

I’m glad Sirota brought this up again because: (a) It’s not true (b) It’s worth understanding how much left economics is grounded in this slander against the most popular and successful Dem politician of our time slowboring.com/p/the-founding…

Pushing Ken Griffin out would be a self-inflicted wound for New York. Ken is not a tax dodger, as some elected officials portrayed unfairly. Ken is one of the city’s largest job creators, with 2,500 employees and $2.3 billion in taxes paid over five years. When someone like that signals he’s done being made an example of, City Hall should be listening. The pied-a-terre tax proposal, without thoughtful exemptions for job creators, will hurt the very New Yorkers it claims to help. nypost.com/2026/04/23/bus…

@StevenFulop “Thoughtful exemptions” That’s always the angle on the left. Carve out some chosen elite few from the consequences of fraud-ridden over-spending. The war on prosperity from the left is designed to precipitate a collapse to incite a Marxist revolution. It’s treasonous.

Hasan Piker: “If you steal from the poor, you become rich. If you steal from the wealthy, you go to prison. There’s only one direction where you can do unlimited theft. Wage theft is the most consequential amount of theft that takes place in the United States of America”

A few good books worth reading: - Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand - a classic that celebrates builders. Once you read it, you’ll notice the same characters and events taking place today. - The Changing World Order by Ray Dalio - great for understanding how civilizations rise and fall and how crypto can help create better countries. - From Third World to First by Lee Kuan Yu (founder of Singapore) - talks about building a new country, worth reading for understanding nation-building.

@ggreenwald Hasan seems like the typical Islamist-migrant stereotype. But he's a pussy, so instead of like suicide bombing something Christian, he's gathering hordes of goyim like a jew would to do his bidding while safely at home making money.

Nobody has elevated and expanded Hasan Piker's platform and influence as much as moronic establishment Dems like this, and their media allies, who denounce him incessantly because it's easier than opposing Trump's war, or Israel, or corporatism or doing or saying anything else that's substantive. The most recent polling data shows 60-75% of Americans don't know who Hasan is (as he himself has pointed out), and far more Americans have learned of him in the last 2 months because of these dumb Democratic Party denouncement rituals. So he was even less known before they began this insanely pointless shaming routine. Democrats constantly say they want "the left's Joe Rogan" but they can't stand anything or anyone that they can't completely control and force to parrot Dem establishment propaganda (which is one big reason they drove Joe Rogan away in the first place). That's why they finance the lamest, most banal and most compliant partisan drones like David A. Packman and then are beffudled that it doesn't work. Dems keep talking about Hasan Piker because they have nothing else to offer.
Neera Tanden🌻@neeratanden

This whole Piker discourse has been embarrassing to every person who has tried to make him the spokesman for Democrats.

The reports about Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole attacking cancer cells and taking people from Stage 4 to remission is incredible! How long has big pharma known this? How lucrative is chemo? How many millions have died?

The Washington Post Editorial Board was fine with Republicans gerrymandering in Texas. But when Democrats responded in Virginia, it’s a “power grab” that “plunges America deeper into the gerrymandering abyss.”

@LiftyLefty @TheStockBro @pernicious_jest @NME @thestrokes When a neighboring country last invaded my country in a brutal unjustified attack back in the 1800s, we answered until 60% of their population was dead and they had completely surrendered. And we would've done more if they had continued to fight. They started it, we finished it.
