@saks still NO refund on my credit card. Mailed return (order nos. 103693776 and 103657373) using your shipping 10/24/18. 4 weeks for you to receive. Still haven’t processed the return. I better hear from someone with authority.

@LisaHAckerman We are sorry for any inconvenience. Transit can take anywhere from 10-14 business days however, processing and credit will be quicker as our Distribution Center in within a 3-5 time frame currently. Once the return is complete, you will receive an email.

@SaksService @SaksService but if I mailed to you 10/24 and you don’t receive it until 11/15, that is 22 days for the package in transit PLUS another week (if I’m lucky) for the credit. One month for a return.

@SaksService @saks 10/24/18, I returned 2 orders in one box using Saks' mailing label. 11/13/18, and the package has still not been received. I am told it "should be" received November 15th and then will take another two weeks from then for my credit card refund. BAD BUSINESS!
