This woman trying to get to work in her old car hits yet another breakdown. The hood won’t latch and her hood prop rod (what she calls the “kickstand”) isn’t working, so she uses a mini baseball bat to prop the hood open while she hooks up jumper cables. You can feel her frustration building as the car refuses to start easily. After getting her car to finally start, she has to climb onto the hood to try to force it to latch shut as best it can 😭 This is classic unreliable junker car energy that hits home for anyone who’s ever dealt with unreliable wheels. I'm wondering if she can at least get a new battery so she doesn't have to jump it every time. Have you ever had a junker that tested every last bit of your patience with random breakdowns and ridiculous DIY fixes just to keep it running?
