Faye: The fact that they’ve stayed with me for two years, even when I didn’t have any series at all… they’re still here, still supporting me. That alone is incredibly valuable, more than enough already. Reporter: They’re the reason you came back? Faye: Yes. They believed in me on the days I didn’t believe in myself. That’s why I gave everything to this project. I’m not competing with anyone. I’m just doing the best one person can do, just to create something for the fans to enjoy. Reporter: It must have been exhausting to go through so many processes. Faye: I’m very happy that I got to do this for the fans. Now that Episode 1 is out, I feel relieved… and I miss acting too. It’s tiring, but it’s a happy kind of tired. Reporter: Now you’ve transitioned from an actress to a producer. Faye: The responsibility is much greater than just acting. I have many roles at once, not just performing. Most of the support I receive comes from the fans, both emotionally and in every way. Reporter: In this economy, this kind of investment must be heavy. Faye: Yes, it’s quite heavy. Reporter: How do you handle it? Does it affect you? Faye: Before I do anything, I always ask myself, will this cause trouble for me? I used everything I have to make this series happen. Reporter: So both your effort and your money? Faye: Yes, financial resources are very important. Without them, even if you have the energy and passion, it wouldn’t be possible. This project didn’t receive any sponsorship at all. I gave it my all, and I trust the people around me. Every team, the production team, scriptwriters, director, and the fans, when everything comes together, it becomes a piece of work. Once in my life, I just want to give it my all since I have the chance to do this. Reporter: So, are you satisfied now? Faye: Yes, I’m satisfied. I’m happy. Reporter: Fans are concerned and want you to earn from this. Faye: The fans have always supported me. Reporter: Some people are criticizing the pricing. Faye: As an artist, I might not have explained everything clearly that day. If it were a fan meeting, it would be like a standard benefit. But this is exclusive, one-on-one, with the artist personally cutting your hair. There are normal prices too. Hair washing starts at around 600 baht, it’s not tens of thousands. The higher price is specifically for me, as it’s an artist-designed experience. Shampoo and other products are normal pricing. My shop uses organic, imported products, but they’re still accessible. Some people say 85,000 baht is very expensive, and maybe it is. But for those who book, they see value in us, and we see value in ourselves. It’s about satisfaction. For those who don’t understand, I’m not upset. Some people don’t understand what a fan meet is. They might think, "Why pay 85,000 just for a haircut?" I won’t let those comments bring me down. They simply don’t understand this side of it. Reporter: Were you shocked by how intense the drama was? Faye: If the comments are harsh, I don’t pay attention to them. The target customers are different groups. Most of my customers are fans. At Khanthong, there are many options. Professional stylists are available for regular services, washing, and blow-drying for 500–600 baht. Hair services at 3,000–4,000 baht are also available. Reporter: How would you describe the journey of this series? Faye: It’s a drama, romantic drama, but quite intense. There are many characters, and gathering the cast was very difficult. Faye: At first, I didn’t plan to produce a series at all. I started Fabel just to take on projects. But because of the love from the fans, I thought... why not? So I ended up producing everything myself, funding everything myself. Seeing so many fans here today makes me really happy. It’s worth the wait; this is a gift for them. Everything happened so quickly. I never thought I had to become a producer. But it all happened because of the fans. Reporter: When you were convincing her to join, how did you approach it? Atom: I was invited to audition. The company contacted me to try casting. I really wanted to play this character, and that’s how I ended up here. Reporter: So you liked the role, not just the series owner? Atom: I like both. I like everything. Reporter: What can we expect from Episode 1? Many people are excited because the trailer was very sweet. Faye: People say the trailer feels bittersweet, "bitter but you can’t spit it out." If you want to know how it really is… Reporter: What will fans get to see? Faye: Everything fans want to see, they’ll get to see it. Reporter: How do you know what they want? Faye: I did my research. This project exists because of the fans, so I studied what they want and adapted it into the script and characters. Reporter: Will we get romantic moments from Episode 1? Atom: Definitely. Reporter: You seem a bit shy, Atom. Atom: I’m not shy. I just really want everyone to watch Episode 1. I think people will like it. Reporter: What is your role like in this series? Atom: I had the opportunity to fully act as Lalin Lyla. I really like this character; she’s quite similar to me. I want everyone to watch and get to know her. Reporter: How is it working together? Atom: It’s really fun working with P’Faye. She’s very kind, and the whole team is lovely. Reporter: Do you know that Faye likes to spoil things? Atom: I had nothing to fight with! (laughs) Reporter: Did you start catching up later? Atom: Yes. I feel comfortable acting with her. Everything flows naturally. Faye: No, not that kind. Reporter: Just kissing then? Faye: How should I say this… At first, the characters don’t know each other, so everything flows smoothly. But then it turns out, she’s the daughter of my emotional enemy. Reporter: You’re about to spoil the whole story! Reporter: There are 8 episodes, right? Faye: Yes, 8 episodes. Reporter: Is the storyline intense? Faye: It’s fast-paced, concise, and easy to follow from Episode 1. Episode 1 has everything. Can you predict it? Well… every episode has its own mystery. Reporter: What about your character? Atom: Oh, I can’t say; it would be a spoiler. Faye: See? The reporter is trying to trick you into revealing it. Atom: I’m afraid of spoiling it. Please wait and watch. Reporter: Was the role difficult for you? Atom: Yes, quite difficult. There are many emotional layers, and I had to express them clearly. I’m also new, so I need a lot of practice. Reporter: Which scene was the hardest? Atom: The drama scenes were the hardest for me. Faye: See? She’s not afraid of love scenes. For me, the hardest part is the love scenes. Reporter: What are the love scenes like? Faye: There’s a lot of meaning behind them. My character is constantly drawn to her, but since she’s the daughter of my enemy, there’s internal conflict. Can I fully love her? Should I hold back? There’s a lot going on emotionally. Reporter: Didn’t you think about getting revenge? Faye: No, I didn’t. I truly love her. But because of my duty, my upbringing, and past experiences, I have to hold myself back.
