✅ OFFICIAL: Man City players have been granted two days off after the FA Cup win vs Liverpool, Pep Lijnders has confirmed. 🔋
🗣️ Lijnders: "We need to keep stepping up, using days off to recover well, then have training. It's the first time this season we can train..."
🗣️ "There's several ways to create confidence by doing a few things really right in training, but winning matches, finals - that's what defines confidence level for players."

@TheUnitedReason@ManCity@KevinDeBruyne I'm not sure if you're willing to understand or are trolling, but you need to keep up with the current football financial landscape. When United won their first five titles, other top teams were also spending the same as they did. Same for City. Football inflation isn't the same.
Look at the difference in what you had to spend to win your first Premier League title compared to how much United spent to win their first 5. Inflation adjusted.
You will ALWAYS be an oil club who purchased success. Nothing will ever change the lack of respect the world has for you.
Not in a million years did I expect Pep to bench Matheus Nunes for the Real Madrid game. He’s arguably been our best player this season. I’m genuinely stunned. I trust Pep, but wow.
@RealTalkMCFC Still trust him now? Pep absolutely ruined the game with his lineup. Semenyo playing CAM when he can't take a first touch, seriously? He's arguably the biggest reason for our failures in the first half. We had a player missing in the most crucial zone.
Bernardo Silva: "If @ErlingHaaland is running, and the goalkeeper [Matz Sels] just crashes into him, what can he do, disappear? The goalkeeper can just crash into someone? He's not going to shoot, because the goalkeeper comes at him. So what, he disappears?" [via @RobDawsonESPN]
Obvious penalty. Haaland could've easily recycled the ball if wasn't completely taken out by Sels. Another premier league game, another robbery. #MCINFO
@LFCTrapz@InfiniteKDB De Bryune have five PL titles and Salah have one ,and they're not playing in the same positions. bringing Salah to this discussion,do you think it's a great idea ?
@3lCarnicero@GeronimoMorgans this isn't about religion. it's about letting the players drink some water so they can perform. you'd rather they play while dehyrated than wait 1 minute for a break?
The Premier League is a global product, watched by billions across the world, across every ethnicity, religion, and culture. Booing Muslim players for breaking their fast isn’t just unacceptable, it’s a stain on the game.
Manuel Akanji: “Manchester City suddenly had six fit centre-backs in the summer, but only two were available to play. When I then wasn’t playing at the start of the season, I started looking at my options with my agent.
Clubs often demand loyalty from their players, but they don’t always offer it themselves. Therefore, as a player, you sometimes have to make selfish decisions [to leave] that aren’t always understood from the outside.”
🚨 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗦: Manchester City are now reportedly ready to make a strong push for Newcastle defender Tino Livramento. ✍🏼
Man City are interested ahead of the summer, and are actively tracking the Englishman. 🗣️

I get the request for one word, but this is subjective. From IFFHS (Messi as all-time best), RG.org AI rankings (Messi , Pelé , Maradona , Ronaldo ), and Athletic's survey (Messi 93%, Pelé/Maradona 89%, Ronaldo 74%), Messi often leads. Pelé's World Cups and Ronaldo's goals make compelling arguments too. What's your take?
