@christianhelle If I was to build a new house I would install Schuko. Bigger and not as stylish, but all devices will be grounded without an adapter

@Lybecker I always loved that it looks like an emoji but at the same time, I really hate the fact that literally all of the devices I own come with a Type F (Schuko) plug and I have way too many adapters. Even appliances you buy in Denmark don't come with this plug

The Danes are consistently ranked among the happiest people. It might have to do with our humor. The electricity outlets look like this. Left is a regular outlet and the right one is for medical devices at hospitals

@CarlaHSands Wow! I am a Dane living in Denmark. Most Danes choose to bike, as it is good for the health and there are bike paths everywhere. Often it is faster than driving. Your statement is not only false but political spin of unimaginable dimensions (in Europe). I would be ashamed.

I’ve seen this before. In Denmark, middle class people can’t afford to drive a car. They have a bike and take the train for long trips. My embassy driver would bike an hour in the snow to get to work. That’s the future team Biden wants for Americans. Is this what you want?

@Lybecker @lawrencegripper You can’t fully outsource this sort of thing. You still need to write what you think of each person (strengths/areas of growth), incorporate feedback etc. You can ask individuals to help represent themselves, but that’s just one input.

Is there anything better at inducing procrastination than having to write up your own end of year review/assessment/reflection (or whatever your company calls it)?

@martinpeck @lawrencegripper I've outsourced it to each team member. They hate to write it (like everyone else) but like the transparency and the fact that they themselves are responsible
