The level of nepotism in Abuja is unprecedented. It’s only who you know and God that might save you while job hunting😩😭

x.com/kerenkbitto/st… Why I always talk about having relationships with your seniors especially in this city. If you weren’t born nepo, your next best bet to get good gigs in this city in addition to Gods grace is having seniors who can chip in your name to their friends and colleagues hiring or looking for counsel. You will rarely get into the good firms without having a known surname or being recommended from a name known to the firm owner personally.

@Obumnemetg Looking for an internship in Abuja is like looking for the golden egg.
I gave up on applying after a few hours I picked up my cv again.

Asisat Oshoala, nicknamed "Àgba Baller" (Legendary Footballer), is a trailblazing Nigerian striker universally recognized as one of the greatest African players of her generation.
Born in Ikorodu, Lagos, Oshoala faced immense family opposition when she dropped out of school to pursue football. Against her parents' wishes, she began playing street football and joined local side FC Robo. Her breakthrough arrived in 2014 when she was named the Golden Boot and Golden Ball winner at the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, propelling Nigeria to the final. @AsisatOshoala
