For the first time in decades, lawmakers from both parties in #Congress, @FTC, and the @TheJusticeDept are looking at ways to enforce the Robinson-Patman Act, a key piece of #antitrust law that has been largely ignored since the early 80s despite remaining on the books.

I joined @RepMarieNewman to introduce the Main Street Competes Act! This bill will promote competitive markets & help level the playing field for small businesses. Most importantly, it will give small biz advocates a seat at the table for discussions on antitrust enforcement!
