I joined an amicus brief in First Choice Women’s Resource Centers v. Platkin to defend First Amendment rights and ensure organizations can seek relief in federal court when states overreach. In a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court ruled that the First Amendment protects donor privacy and free association. Government cannot target pregnancy resource centers for their beliefs. A major win for the Constitution.

New York has the highest private health insurance premiums in the nation because Albany Democrats impose taxes on families of over $6.6B on top of annual skyrocketing premiums. Options for small businesses and individuals continue to shrink because of excessive state mandates.
