Canadian provinces cannot block American wineries, breweries, and distilleries from its market while expecting full access to ours. That is not fair trade. I introduced the CANADA Act to direct USTR to investigate the Canadian provinces’ discriminatory treatment of American alcoholic beverage producers and pursue enforcement under our trade laws.
