Today is my last day at TSM. And I am grateful for the amazing and unforgettable time that I've had with my teams. The memories and experiences of my time working in NA will stay with me forever.
Throughout this split, I have witnessed the entire team giving 120% effort every day, striving to win every victory with everything they had. Despite not making the playoffs, I am proud of what we accomplished this split. ***At least we didn't lose to TL, which spent a lot of money :)))
Leaving TSM is bittersweet. I am happy and excited to finally have time to spend with my family, especially as I have not been a good father in the past two splits. My wife often says that I am a workaholic, a perfect employee, manager, and colleague, but as a father, I am failing. At the same time, I feel anxious and uncertain because I understand that finding a new team or job in the current environment may be difficult. However, I still believe that this arrangement is the best that God has given me , also there is always a rainbow after the storm.
Many friends have asked me if I regret joining TSM. My answer is that if given the same opportunity ten times, I would still choose to join TSM without hesitation! Working with talented, passionate elites from all over the world for a year and two months at TSM was a privilege.
To the players and coach at TSM - it was an honor to fight alongside you. Perhaps our efforts did not fully translate into results, but from my perspective, each of you has made tremendous progress! I believe that you will be able to shine in the near future!
To my colleagues, thank you for your support and guidance over the past year. Without your help, I would not have been able to build up the teams smoothly.
Finally, I want to express my gratitude to the TSM fans (Especially on TSM Discord channel and Reddit TSM sub) who have always supported us. Your support and encouragement have always been the driving force for us🫡
