@GMC and @GM have totally screwed me! After their faulty motor almost killed my son and I they said they would help. We'll their help has done nothing but cost me money and days off work. The email address they gave me is a proxy and not even an actual @GM employee!

Fewer than 85k mi on my @GMC Terrain and the motor is shot due to issues they knew about and didn't tell me. Dealership says I'm outta luck. Owe thousands on it and it will cost thousands to fix! Worst is, my toddler was in the car and we almost lost our lives behind this defect.

@GMC My 2026 Yukon Ultimate Diesel has been at the dealership since February 9 waiting on parts for a module failure resulting in a catastrophic transmission failure. Customer service offers no repair timeline. Waiting impatiently.

My @GMC #terrain has 37K miles on it (super low for a 2018) and has been in the shop 4 times for catastrophic electrical and mechanical system failures, none of which has been under warranty. Just proof buying American means buying junk.

Disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it. My 2021 GMC Yukon was diagnosed with a disconnected sunroof drain tube (no prior work ever done), a leaking sunroof frame, and mold under the carpet as a result. I am a disabled veteran. Despite documented findings, @GMC, @CarMax, MaxCare (serviced by CNA National), and @AlfredMatthews have all declined to help — with the dealership refusing to even submit a goodwill request because I didn’t purchase the vehicle there. Health & safety shouldn’t depend on where a car was bought or which warranty loophole is used.

@GM issued a recall on my 6.2 engine for potential issues that may result in a lack of propulsion. I scheduled an appointment with my @GMC dealer, and was told the vehicle “passed inspection” after it was tested for the issue. The vehicle had 148K miles on it at the time. (1/2)

My @GMC broke down on the middle of 81 in NEPA on Christmas Eve. Missed the 7 Fishes dinner and almost got hit by a tractor trailer We recorded 10 conversations with them, they’ve lied about everything. Even have their supervisor on tape in a lie newsbreak.com/share/44499218…

@GuyDealership New 25 @GMC Yukon Denali - poor construction, door/window seals awful, wind noise still unsolved.. plastic falling off the truck, and rattles everywhere.. I own it due to a trade in of @GMC 23 SLT lemon. Very disappointed, prob trading for a Lexus or something more reliable
