I seem to still be able to move my settings and view in every application if I'm able to click or touch it with pixel perfect accuracy. Now, you could say "But TMH! (If you turn my name into an acronym) You can touch and drag the area inside the settings frame!" But I'd respond in kind: If that's the case, then take the single scroll bar out entirely from every single frame for applications and any system window. If its existence is redundant, then don't give us users the agency to utilize it; simply force us to use the touch and drag method/interface... If that interface was possible to use reliably or consistently in VR, that is. Touch, touch and drag, tap, and tap and drag, as functional navigation in this user interface environment borders on completely and entirely impossible. In my view: A waste of one's time, effort, and dignity. So, long story short: Either make the scroll bars slightly larger so it doesn't require a TAS to hit the pixel perfect segment of the desktop version environment, or take all agency aside from touch controls away from us users so you don't grief us with a false perception of accessibility aside from solely utilizing touch controls on the actual phone's physical touch screen - Even if it's being used in VR space...
