While making manual payment to @MoneyTapApp @MoneyTapCares they automatically adding add -ons to repayment money. This is very unfair practice. They are adding @heydigit products to repayment. I will report it to @rbi ombudsman.

@FreoMoney @MoneyTapApp @MoneyTapCares This is unfair practice to add cibil report charges and @heydigit insurance automatically to my payment. You have to give us chance whether to choose or not. You should not add it automatically. Cancel those and refund my money

@RBI first @MoneyTapApp @FreoMoney were contacting my contacts and reference and now they are harassing me after 7pm which is against rbi rule. If something happens to me they will be responsible because their harassment is on peak now.

Writing this in view of the constant and severe harassment i am facing from @MoneyTapApp. This is not the first time, previous month too they had called my partner and harassed her too. @RBI, Kindly take action against them, there are in complete breach of the Guidelines.
