Hey @motiv, my Ring (my second) appears to be stuck in the bootloader (solid yellow LED). Is there anything I can do?

@purrfectpint Thank you for your interest in Motiv! We've learned that Smartech have now closed their shops in Dublin and Oslo. The closest place to you would now be the store located within Selfridges Department Store in London. We recommend calling first to check their stock levels.

Hi @Motiv Team. I sent a message to support via your website a week or so ago and I’ve not heard back. My Motiv ring no longer holds charge for more than a few hours. It was purchased in Feb 19. Please can you advise?

@Motiv Read The reviews In the Play Store & that's Why it's It was a great Idea that is Now Terrible. App gets worse Every Update & doesn't even have the most basic Details on the Home Screen. Bottom menu is a huge Waste. "Circle?!" Get rid of on the home page & settings is Dumb too.
