@atherenergy SOS. Stranded in Srikalahasti, Andhra Pradesh. Dear ather team, please turn on the charger from red to green. It was showing in green color when i was on the way to here. At 11pm for some reason it's changed to Red color and I am unable to charge my bike. I am deaf.

@heydigit @atherenergy I have been waiting my bike delivery from ather service center, Tirupati but the service center personnel did not get any update to release the bike even after repeated follow up with @heydigit. Kindly check and resolve. A claim process is taking 15 days.
