@TigoODonnell Don't Fear The Reaper feels more like the only real ending because the world of Cyberpunk is more depressing and hopeless than Fallout post nukes. There is no "normal" life in that world and the rogue AI beyond the blackwall is a ticking timebomb for the end of humanity

Of all the controversial innovations of Woke 1.0, I don’t get why trigger warnings were so despised. It makes perfect sense why a professor or a YouTube content creator might want to warn in advance of the discussion of topics that might stir up memories of previous traumatic experiences. It makes a lot more sense than standpoint epistemology or microaggressions

@nikicaga I get disliking TES IV for being generic though,Cyrodiil was supposed to be this massive province and a large melting pot of different races and culture because it shares borders with every major faction. You don't see this at all in TES IV with how all cities look the same

TES II and III def not generic. TES IV is pretty generic and moves the pseudo-Romanesque setting like 1000 years forward into medieval times. TES V, I'd actually say isn't generic for the time

Tyranny should be your first CRPG because the gameplay kinda sucks and the story is very good, which is a more common combination in CRPGs than the reverse.

The problem with Disco Elysium being your first crpg is that it completely lacks obtuse combat, doesn't require you to learn obtuse ruleset at character creation, isn't jank and there's no apparent cut content that the game suffers from. The bar is set too high for your next crpg
