We've upgraded to PHP 8.1 to enable us to bring you the latest features. In rare cases, if you're using special customizations or unique extensions, your wiki might be experiencing issues after the upgrade. If this is the case, please open a ticket and we'll help you ASAP.

Our infrastructure provider is currently experiencing an outage which is affecting the MyWikis EU Client Panel, MyWikis EU Self Service, and the mywikis.eu homepage. We are working on getting it back up. We apologize for any inconvenience.

MyWikis Europe is also affected by this issue and is actively working on blocking malicious traffic. We appreciate your patience as we work on mitigating the effects of spambots to restore the expected page load performance of your wikis.

We will soon begin testing PHP 8.1 by switching wikis to 8.1. It will at least be momentarily switched. If no issues arise, we will keep it on for a while. Then, after we’ve confirmed everything is working, we will permanently switch all wikis to PHP 8.1.

MyWikis Europe is preparing for MediaWiki 1.43 support by removing MediaWiki 1.35 support and upgrading PHP to 8.1. This will guarantee not only MediaWiki support but also other extensions are supported, particularly Semantic MediaWiki.

Our staff will be off for the holidays starting December 19, 2024 until January 1, 2025. During this time, we will address all emergency support tickets but might not respond to tickets that aren't time sensitive. Thanks for your understanding and allowing our staff to rest!

If your wiki becomes "inaccessible", it will be accessible again as soon as you turn off Cloudflare forwarding. It will also be immediately available if you visit [Wiki ID].mywikis.wiki instead, where [Wiki ID] is your wiki ID.

Due to Cloudflare's obfuscation of traffic origins, clients who are using Cloudflare forwarding must immediately turn off all reverse proxy, pass-through security, and CDN services. Failure to do so will likely result in your wiki being inaccessible.

If you have been impacted heavily by this, please reach out to us on our Client Panel to ask for a billing credit, which will automatically be applied to your next invoice. The Client Panel is still up and running.

We will also be taking a very close look at why this happened and what we can do to ensure this won't ever happen again.

You may be unable to access your wiki at the moment. Our main outward-facing server is currently unable to connect to the internet. We have engaged the datacenter technicians to speedily resolve this issue for us. We apologize for the downtime.
