Yes, Cayden Boozer should not have attempted the pass. But the problem was more in the execution than the decision. Duke had two players downcourt and well past the defense. All he has to do is get it past the defenders and it's game over. And it still took a 35 footer for UConn to win. The thrill of victory, the agony of defeat.

Easy rules to reduce TOs 1- if you start a backdoor cut, finish it Be a DEER, not a SQUIRREL 2- Ball Screens Don’t use until screener feet hit 3- no post entry passes above FT Line 4- no jump passes Could probably reduce TOs by 4-8 per game … might lead to 4-10 more points Oh by the way, maybe most importantly…bad shots are just like TOs, sometimes worse STOP TAKING BAD SHOTS

@KylePorterNS Americans tend to putt more conservatively like it’s stroke play. They are too worried about the next putt. Europe understands that it takes birdies to win. It is simple as that. Just be more aggressive on the greens. USA did that on Sunday but it was too late.

Europe often does just make more putts. They did this week. Leaving it at that, though, is wholly unsatisfactory. It’s more instructive (and interesting!) to ask *why* they make more putts. After 30 years of this (they’ve won 11 of 15), I refuse to believe it’s just statistical randomness.

People confusing “superstar” with clutch. Hali is clutch a lot like Robert Horry was but a lot like Horry he was never a superstar. Being a clutch player is completely different than being a superstar. Both are great badges of honor. Hali is trending into SS water though. #Yoda

Those who don’t know the rule blowing up the feed. Up top may be up to interpretation, but the lower half is where the foul occurs. Legs are not supposed to be more than shoulder width apart on screen. A point of emphasis this season. Hate that it happened, but it’s right call

@coachhedrickjr No way you can make that call. Watch the play back and notice that both defenders went with PB. Muhl passes it to her anyway and misses a wide open Edwards. Would love to have seen if PB saw it and immediately fires the ball to her.

Slow the film down- watch the rerun- you can make argument how that was a by the book foul But live- in real time- no official should make that call And yes. Time and score does matter Jordan got his push off- woulda loved to atleast see Paige with the ball #myopinion
