It’s not just the photo — though the photo is damning and looks exactly like Tyler Robinson. The body structure matches as well. If it were just the photo, I might agree there’s not enough to say with 100% certainty it’s him. But it’s the photo plus the same guy in the same clothes seen on top of the UVU roof right as the shot rang out. He was seen running across the roof, throwing the rifle off the roof, and jumping down — all while leaving his DNA (Tyler Robinson’s DNA) on the edge of the roof where he hung for a moment, plus his DNA on the murder weapon. All of this makes it an open-and-shut case and confirms it was Tyler Robinson. Oh yeah, and he can also be placed at the scene when he came back and the police ran his plates. I’m sure there’s more evidence I’m not thinking of off the top of my head, but that’s already more than enough for the prosecution to prove it’s him and get a jury to find him guilty. Unless, of course, you’re calling all of that “fedslop.” In that case, what are we even doing here?
